Founder & Managing PartnerAmy Woods, M.S.A. is the founder of IOLTA Consulting, where she helps law firms reduce risk and eliminate the stress of trust account management. With over 20 years of trust account experience and a master’s degree in accounting from NC State, she helps attorneys stay compliant with IOLTA trust requirements through reconciliations, escheating, audit preparation, and practical guidance. Amy has extensive experience assisting law firms with NC State Bar audits and possesses comprehensive expertise in both the financial and non-financial aspects of trust account compliance. She is passionate about taking the stress out of trust accounting so lawyers can focus on practicing law.
Partner & Director of OperationsTylar Rickman
Tylar Rickman is Partner & Director of Operations at IOLTA Consulting, where she helps law firms simplify trust account management through organized processes, clear communication, and attentive client service. With over 10 years of experience in law firm administration and paralegal work and a bachelor’s degree in English from NC State, she brings strong communication skills and a practical understanding of the demands attorneys face. Tylar oversees daily operations and the client experience, working alongside Amy to coordinate projects and support firms throughout their engagements. She is passionate about making trust accounting feel manageable so lawyers can focus on their clients and their practice.
